The two car garage is heated by an in-floor system on a separate thermostat. It is equipped with a automatic garage door opener and two remote controls are provided. The garage provides heated storage for skis, boots, mountain bikes, golf clubs, hiking boots, backpacks, and other sports equipment. Note: The use of half of the garage is sometimes shared with the owner.
