The spacious and open landing adds to the feeling of grandeur and creates an excellent separation of space between the two upstairs bedrooms.

It is decorated with a large hand carved bench from Indonesia and fine art oil on canvas paintings from Brazil. The skylights in the vaulted ceiling provide natural light, and spot lights illuminate the artwork. From the landing, you can gaze down the open center of the spiral staircase to the entry two stories below.
